How and when are you Charged?

EXCLUSIVE LIVE CHAT – Rs 150 will be charged for every 30-minute session. It is charged to you the moment you prompt the Chat and is valid for up to 30 Minutes of Chat. You must ensure enough credit balance in your A/C to continue the chat beyond 30 minutes to opt for another continued session. In absence of the credit you shall have to go through the payment route again which shall make your Counselor available to be engaged with another member.

GROUP DISCUSSION -  Rs 150 will be charged to you the moment you enter the Chat Room and is valid up to 30 minutes of Chat Room. In the Group Discussion you can participate in the Chat along with the other members and is supervised by a Counselor. This works like a Group Session, is Pre Scheduled and tagged i.e. on a specific Issue. Kindly refer to our GROUP DISCUSSION SCHEDULE on your page.

EXCLUSIVE CHAT THRU e-mail – Rs 150 will be charged for every packet of 5 Questions you can draft and forward to be replied by a Counselor. Rs.150 is charged to you the moment you opt to buy the 5 Q Packet. The 5 Questions can be placed for the Counselor in one go or one by one after receiving reply on each of them. A Counselor shall answer each question in 36-48 Hours. The 5 Questions have to be consumed within 45 days of buying them or else they will expire. 

GROUP DISCUSSION GALLERY (VIEW ONLY) – Rs. 75 will be charged to you the moment you enter the Chat Room and is valid up to 30 minutes of Gallery View. In the Group Discussion Gallery (View Only) you cant participate in the Chat and only view the Group Discussion session. This works like an experience to understand how the Group Discussion. All Group Discussions are Pre Scheduled and tagged i.e. on a specific Issue. Kindly refer to our GROUP DISCUSSION SCHEDULE on your page.
