• New Users need to fill up a simple registration form with very few necessary fields and accept the terms of use and Disclaimer Policy of the website. You need to fill in a user name which should be different than your real name to maintain confidentiality. After registration you can log on to the website with the user name and password you had filled at the time of registration. Logging on gets you to the Users page where you can select the services and start availing the Counseling.

• You can communicate with the counselor in the following methods :-

Exclusive Live Chat with Counselor : This is a one to one chat and works like any other text chat , where you type and the counselor can read and the other way around.

Group Discussion on a specific Topic (Pre scheduled) : This works like a Group session where One Counselor takes a session for upto 5 people on the same topic on a prescheduled time. Refer to group Chat Room schedule to know the forthcoming schedules.

Exclusive Chat with Personal Messages (through Personal Messenger) : This works like the e-mail system and hence the questions are placed for the counselor to be answered in 36-48 hours. It is designed for people who are hesitant or would prefer not to chat in Real Time. You do not use your e-mail addresses and the personal messages are accessible from your Users Page thru Inbox, Outbox or new message options.

Gallery view of Group Discussion up to 30 minutes (View only) : gallery view is available to view only the Group Chat Rooms and you cannot participate in it. One to One Chat/ Exclusive Chat is not available for Gallery or View option.
