• This is not an Emergency Service or a Crisis Center.

All users acknowledge and confirm that they are not undergoing clinical treatment or are under any medication for any mental disorder. The use of the website services confirms their exclusion from this category.

• www.relationshipforever.com has made best possible effort to ensure the confidentiality of the users and strongly advise all the users not to share their personal information relating to their identity with the counselors during the course of counseling. Services of this website shall be denied to any such user with immediate effect without assigning any reason thereof.

• In case of use of any disgraceful, obscene or abusive language by the user, the counselor and the website shall have the authority to discontinue the services to any such user and the decision of the website shall be final and binding on the user.

• www.relationshipforever.com shall not be responsible for any break in the continuity of the services being used by the users on the Website of www.relationshipforever.com due to internet connectivity, hardware/ software failure or incompatibility, power failure or any other eventualities on either side. No compensation whatsoever shall be given by www.relationshipforever.com in full or part, for the services unused for that session.

• The subscriber shall be assigned password(s) by HP IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to enable the subscriber to access all the information received through its Website www.relationshipforever.com, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and HP IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for data loss/theft or data corruption or misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. HP IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password granted to the subscriber.

• The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her from the Website.

• This Agreement is and always will be governed by the laws of the India. 

• Any dispute or difference arising between the subscriber/user of the Website and the Website shall be resolved by means of reference to binding arbitration by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of the arbitration shall be in Delhi and the arbitrator shall not be bound to give written reasons for making the award. The arbitrator shall have the power to make interim awards.

• The Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Agreement, and the parties agree that they shall have no recourse to the courts save and except for the purpose of enforcement of arbitral award.
